About the Law Office

Piotr Ziemczyk i Michał Nowicki

Our law company (“KNZ”) was established through the merger of two entities run by Michał Nowicki, an advocate, and Piotr Ziemczyk, a legal counsel in 2006. Since 2010 it has been organised in a legal form of a partnership company under the name: “Kancelaria Prawna Nowicki Ziemczyk Adwokaci i Radcowie Prawni Spółka Partnerska”.

Our mission is to ensure the highest quality services for institutional clients in Polish, English and German. Thus, we place strong emphasis on specialisation and teamwork, as well as quality control of our services. We do our best to get to know our clients and become familiar with the nature of their business activities as much as possible, so that we can offer them long-term and sustainable solutions that are consistent with the characteristics and the structure of their organisation. By doing this, we always look into the future to ensure that our solutions are up-to-date in any circumstances and support further development of our clients’ businesses. The focus on specialisation and teamwork, as well as recognition and understanding of our clients’ needs allows us to save time and constantly increase the efficiency of our performance. For this reason and due to the high level of knowledge and expertise which we share with our clients, the total costs of our services are lower when compared with traditional business models. We constantly strive to broaden the range of informational and educational products offered to our clients which are aimed at supporting their business undertakings. More importantly, we are fully aware of the fact that, beside temporary support in managing current issues, the provision of permanent source of expertise in legal aspects of each business conduct plays equally significant role.

To fully adjust to our clients’ needs we use top-notch technological solutions which enable us to provide online services without compromising the high quality of results. As we believe that our clients can benefit from our knowledge and experience, we have launched an e-learning platform offering specialist online courses tailored to individual needs of our clients.

In the area of accounting, payroll and tax advisory services we cooperate with AKSUM Accounting & Payroll on a daily basis. Thus, we have the possibility of providing our clients with the widest range of services in the shortest time possible.
